How is it possible that you get cuter every day??

28 weeks

Could you be any cuter? Lately you always have your little tongue sticking out like this! I love how it curls up at the end. You are the sunshine in my life. You are the smile in my heart. Thank you.....

27 weeks

Time is flying by little one. You have started to roll back over from your tummy. You don't do it all the time and when you do I think you surprise yourself! You went to the zoo for the first time and were very interested in all the animals. It was only 60 degrees but your poor little cheeks and head got so sunburned- I felt awful.

You got to suck on a carrot and an apple slice this week. You were in heaven- you loved them both so much that when you dropped them you bawled your head off like someone stole your best friend. It was so cute.

You have your 6 month Dr. appointment this Friday- I can't wait to see what your stats are.

6 months old.....

Things to remember about being 6 months old:

* you are starting to eat solids. You have eaten rice cereal, sweet potatoes, carrots, banana, applesauce, french fry and carrot. You LOVED the applesauce. You almost threw up trying to gag down the banana. You DON'T like sucking on the french fry but you LOVE sucking on the carrot. In fact, you cried your head off when you dropped it!

*You still only roll from your back to your stomach. However- you have gotten on your knees a couple of times and rocked. Please don't crawl yet, pretty please:)

*You are out growing your 12 month clothes- I don't know how to keep up on clothes for you

*You LOVE your brothers and sister. You laugh your head off for them and look for them all the time.

*You are a happy baby. You have begun to be a little clingy to mama but I like it. I love you and I want to enjoy every second of you!

First Easter

Your first Easter- you had no idea what was going on. You did however LOVE the chew toy the Easter bunny left you. It was better than any chocolate could have ever been.

Cannon-

My sweet boy- on this special, most momentous day I want you to know that because of Easter death is not the end for us. We can not be separated ever- for our Savior was resurrected on this day and made resurrection possible for us all. You will always be my baby, my sweetheart, my son. We will be together eternally and there is no greater gift that I can give you as a mother than to be vigilant in teaching you this principle. I must always try my hardest to live the gospel we both so desperately need in order to be eternally happy, forever together and to learn true joy. You are my inspiration to do this. You make me want to be a little better, set the bar a little higher and remember each day that life is a precious gift that we get to enjoy together.
