38 Weeks

You had your first rice krispy treat! Pure glee.......

37 weeks

You have been so busy the last week getting to know your Grammy a little better. You are crawling on your knees all over the place now. You love to climb up the stairs and you stand up to the furniture too. You think you are quite a big kid now!

36 weeks

You went on your first ride down a slide this week with your aunt Julie! You giggled and kicked your legs. You loved it.

8 months old....

You are 8 months old. Seriously not fair. Time is slipping through my fingers. I will blink and you will be gone. Being a mother is so hard!

Things about you at 8 months:

*You can finally sit on your own now. In fact you sit, roll, lay sideways and maneuver your body all over the place.
* You army crawl so fast now and have started to crawl on your knees too.
*You have started climbing the stairs- my life will never be the same! We have to keep our eyes on you EVERY minute now

*You are still picky about food- it isn't your favorite thing yet
*You have started sleeping through the night in your crib about 4 out of 5 nights now. It is great!
* You got your first hair cut and screamed bloody murder the WHOLE time
*You met your uncles, Casey and Colin for the first time on your 8 month birthday. You liked them ALOT!

Cannon- you still melt my heart every day. Your squishy little body and beaming soul bring me more joy than I am entitled too. You mean the world to me and your daddy. Thank you for being you!
